During the pre-construction phase of your project, we will assist you with the development of plans if you do not have them; or we will get right to work on preparing an in-depth estimate for the plans you already have. Since we have extensive business relationships with various architects and designers, we would be pleased to arrange an introduction; should there be any desire.
At this stage, if you are pleased with the prospects of working together, we will initiate a contract, move ahead with obtaining permits and start coordinating the necessary steps to begin. All of this advance planning creates a framework for a smooth project, eliminating unnecessary changes and streamline processes that will save both time and money.
Now that we’ve decided to work together; we’ll confirm the budget, finalize the contract, establish the Project Manager and make that introduction.
Once all that is completed, we will start scheduling the project and line up our network of trades and suppliers.
Since communication is key to any successful project, we will monitor the budget and schedule and keep you informed every step of the way.
We at KCON, have a hands-on approach to building. During the construction phase we will be working onsite and will be easily available to assist with choices or alterations requests. This flexibility enables us to adapt and further customize a project with new innovations that often arise in this process.
